Lake & Thatcher Auto Repair was founded in 1982. We started as a 2-bay shop and have now grown to a 6-bay shop with a parts store room, lounge for our customers, and offices. We are proud to offer highly trained professionals who use top of the line equipment, but never forget that the customer is our priority. 

We are located at 8001 West Lake Street in River Forest, IL. Serving the people of River Forest, IL is our number one goal. We do that by offering quick repairs, fair prices, and efficient communication from the time you walk in the door to when we hand you back your keys. Our normal hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you need special accommodations. At Lake & Thatcher Auto Repair, we make sure to get brands you want and deliver our services in a timeframe that is convenient for you.
